Do I need to be fit before I join?

Absolutely not.

Operation FIT AF™ is designed for women who are ready to stop starting over, whether you're getting back into exercise after years away or you've been training for a while and want more structure.

Everything is designed to help you build consistency over time, not keep up with anyone else.

Do I need to read What If You Gave Yourself a Year? first?

No.

The membership and the book complement each other, but each stands on its own. Inside Operation FIT AF™, I'll teach the same long-game philosophy through our monthly workouts, live coaching sessions, and community. If you've read the book, you'll recognize many of the ideas. If you haven't, you'll learn them naturally as part of the membership.

I'm over 50 (or 60). Is this still for me?

Yes.

Operation FIT AF™ is designed for women who want to build strength, improve mobility, and create healthy habits that support the second half of life.

Whether you're 42 or 72, the goal is the same: build the strongest, healthiest body possible for the years ahead.

Do I need a gym membership?

No.

Most workouts can be completed at home with dumbbells, but they're also easy to follow in a commercial gym if that's where you prefer to train. You'll receive PDF workouts along with exercise demonstrations so you'll know exactly what to do. You can view Heather's shop here for links to equipment she has at home.

I've never lifted weights before. Will I be able to keep up?

Yes.

The workouts are designed to be approachable while still giving you room to progress as you get stronger. My goal isn't to overwhelm you—it's to help you build confidence, proper technique, and consistency. In the monthly live session, I provide options for the workouts that may work better for you based on where you currently are in your journey.

What if I have injuries or physical limitations?

Always follow your healthcare provider's recommendations. Many exercises can be modified, and our yoga and mobility sessions are designed to help you move better—not beat your body up. During our monthly live sessions, I'll also discuss common modifications and ways to adapt the program.

Is this a weight-loss program?

Not exactly. The focus is building a stronger, leaner, healthier body through strength training, smart nutrition, mobility, and consistency. Many women lose body fat as they build muscle, but our goal is much bigger than a number on the scale. We're building bodies that will carry us into our 70s, 80s, 90s, and beyond.

Will you tell me exactly what to eat?

No.

You won't receive personalized meal plans or custom macros. Instead, you'll learn simple nutrition principles that help you fuel your body without obsessing over food, plus you'll have access to more than 300 high-protein recipes, workshops, and practical nutrition resources.

Is this one-on-one coaching?

No.

Operation FIT AF™ is a membership, not private coaching. Each month you'll receive a structured training program, two live group sessions with me, access to the member community, and an ever-growing library of resources.

What happens during the live sessions?

We meet twice each month inside the private Facebook group. One session walks you through the month's strength program so you know exactly how to approach it.

The second is Coffee & Conversations, where we talk about topics like strength, nutrition, recovery, mindset, habits, and the ideas from What If You Gave Yourself a Year? while answering your questions.

How much time do I need each week?

Most members train 3–4 days per week using the monthly strength program, then add yoga, mobility, or walking based on their schedule. This membership is built for real life—not perfect life.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes.

Monthly memberships renew automatically and can be canceled at any time before your next billing cycle. Annual memberships are paid in advance and renew annually unless canceled before renewal. You can cancel right inside your membership portal.

Do you have an app?

Once you join, simply download the OfferingTree app for your app store and log in using the same username and password you created when you enrolled. Whether you're at home, at the gym, or traveling, your membership is always right at your fingertips.
